PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect acute myocardial infarction of a pseudoacute myocardial infarction patient, by judging whether a prescribed component wave exists in a heart beat waveform or not, calculating a waveform amplitude ratio on each electrocardiogram guide with a continuous heart beat wave form, and indicating generation of acute myocardial infarction. SOLUTION: A leading waveform from flow of an electrocardiogram waveform 23 is received by a standard acute myocardial infarction detecting module 22, and is transmitted to a module 29 to detect acute myocardial infarction when the electrocardiogram waveform well resembles a standard acute myocardial infarction detecting judgement criterion. A submodule 24 of the module 29 decides whether a heart beat waveform exists in a heart beat waveforms in which a prescribed component wave appears in each electrocardiogram guide or not, and a submodule 26 calculates the waveform amplitude ratio on each electrocardiogram guide. A submodule 28 compares the calculated amplitude ratio with a prescribed judging criterion, a submodule 30 decides whether acute myocardial infarction occurred or not, and a device 32 indicates the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction by an alarm, etc. |
