FIELD: mechanical engineering; reduction of rotational speed in transmitting rotation from drive shaft to driven shaft. SUBSTANCE: reduction gear includes drive shaft mounted in housing and at least one drive member mounted on drive shaft and engageable with driven member mounted on driven shaft. Drive member is made in form of slide block fitted on eccentric by means of bearing; lateral surface of drive member is engageable with respective surface of driven member; eccentric is fitted on drive shaft. Slide block performs plane-parallel motion. Lateral surface of slide block is engageable with inner or outer surface of driven member.
