METHOD OF PERMANENT CONNECTION OF PIPES WITH PROTECTED INNER SURFACES

FIELD: mechanical engineering; pipe line transport; erection of pipe lines with protected inner surfaces in oil; chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: method consists in moulding the ends of pipes in form of bell mouths, applying internal protective coat fitting the mating cylindrical bushes inside bell mouths and welding adjacent bell mouths together. Cylindrical bush is provided with sealing members and with circular bore located opposite welded seam and filled with heat-insulating material; welding is performed in butt of bell mouths.
