FIELD: vibrating powder feeders of units for vacuum evaporation of resistive films. SUBSTANCE: working element of vibrating feeder is set in vibratory motion by means of electromagnet. Electromagnet coil is powered with current pulses supplied to it from controlled pulse generator through series-connected switching member and vibration amplitude setting element. Frequency of generated pulses is automatically tuned to resonant frequency of vibrating feeder resonant system. Automatic frequency control is provided by circuit set up of series-connected vibration sensor, amplifier, ripple filter, and adjusting member whose output is connected to pulse generator frequency control input. Vibrator also has resonance setting element inserted in time-setting cell of pulse generator and resonance indicator connected to adjusting member.
