FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to measuring instrumentation for oil production industry. Device has following components: pressure line, separator with hydrocyclone head-piece, measuring vessel with sensors of upper level and lower level, sensors of pressure and temperature, gas line and fluid line, microprocessor. Device is additionally provided with separator for preliminary separation of well product, also with buffer vessel located in gas line, and with two switching valves. One switching valve alternately connects gas and fluid discharge lines to collecting vessel through non-return valve. Second switching valve at high rate of gas recovery is permanently set for discharge of fluid from separator and directing it to measuring vessel, and at low rate of gas recovery or at no gas recovery at all it simultaneously with first switching valve directs flow from separator alternately to measuring and buffer vessels. Measuring and buffer vessels as well as separator with hydrocyclone head-piece are connected with gas line of separator for preliminary separation of well product. Application of aforesaid device allows for enhancing reliability of measurements and for widening range of measuring production rates of oil wells. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwgl |
