摘要

FIELD: production of oil and other formation- liquids at high content of abrasives resulting in wear of friction parts of pump stage. SUBSTANCE: pump has housing with guide apparatus secured on bearing washers and shaft with impellers which are secured on shaft between protective bushes. Impellers and guide apparatus are made from pearlitic or pearlitic-ferritic iron modified by rare-earth metals and martempered followed by low-temperature tempering; it has hardness of 43 to 47 HPC. Mating parts of friction pairs are made from material satisfying the requirement of equality of resistance of materials of impellers and guide apparatus. EFFECT: increased wear resistance of friction parts and increased overall period. 2 cl, 1 dwgu
