The door closure has a housing (1) attached to the outside of the door panel, containing a rotary drive mechanism (33), coupled to a locking bolt (4b) via a drive shaft (3a) and a bolt displacement drive (4a). A handle (5) is pivoted about an axis at right angles to the rotary drive axis, protected from unauthorised operation by using a retractable pin (6) as the pivot axis. The handgrip slides along a channel diagonal to the rotary drive mechanism between a working position and a rest position fitting in the drive housing, in which it is secured by a spring-loaded latch (7). |
