A vaporiser carousel for an anaesthetic machine is described. The vaporiser carousel comprises a gas supply device (24) on which a holder (26) for at least one vaporiser is arranged in a rotating fashion. A coaxial gas coupling area is arranged between the gas supply device (24) and the holder (26) in order to achieve an uninterrupted flow of gas between the gas supply device (24) and the holder (26), regardless of the holder's (26) angle of rotation in relation to the gas supply device (24). The coaxial gas coupling area is formed by a first and a second connecting conduit (30, 38) in the gas supply device (24), a first and second gas conduit (32) in the holder (26) and a gas space (36) between the gas supply device (24) and the holder (26). <IMAGE> |
