PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the processing cost of a following process by eliminating the unevenness of a sheet-shaped resin fed from a feeding die onto a surface to be fed. SOLUTION: Molten resin 30m is extruded into the sheet shape from a long and narrow slit-shaped extrusion opening 25d formed on a feed die 20, and simultaneously the feed die is moved in the direction crossing the extrusion opening, and the molten resin is so fed so to coat a surface 13 to be fed, and then a pressing surface 16 is moved close to the surface to be fed and so pressed as to almost uniformize the thickness of the molten resin to manufacture a synthetic resin molding. The feed die is constituted of a main body section 21, an extrusion die 25 fixed on the lower side of the main body and protruding in the long and narrow state and an extrusion passage 25c formed in the die and having an end forming an extrusion opening opened along the lower end edge of the extrusion die. Synthetic resin in the molten state fed from an extruder into the main body section is passed through the extrusion passage and fed from the extrusion opening onto a surface to be fed. |
