PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output efficiency by mixing a steam quantity used to cool at least a combustion chamber on the outflow side of a burnout zone acting in the combustion chamber, in a hot gas flow of the combustion chamber after a cooling process. SOLUTION: In a gas turbo group which is composed of a compressor unit 1, a high pressure combustion chamber 2, a high pressure turbine 3, a low pressure combustion chamber 4 and a low pressure turbine 5 and generates an electric current by a generator 6, steam 30 is taken out of a boiler drum 28 in order to cool mechanical units of the gas turbo group, and a necessary steam quantity is supplied to the individual mechanical units by an adjusting mechanism through cooling steam conduits 31 and 32. The high pressure turbine 3 is cooled by the steam 30, and next, the high pressure combustion chamber 2 is cooled, and afterwards, it is mixed in a hot gas flow. Therefore, output of an equipment can be increased to the maximum without exerting influence on combustion constituted so that NOx emission is minimized. The other steam is used to cool the low pressure combustion chamber 4 and the low pressure turbine 5.
