PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously specify the content and position of a baggage on any position of a conveyer system, by continuously communicating the present condition of the baggage, and updating the same by a system controller. SOLUTION: This device 300 comprises a zone content specifying part 302 communicatable with an information recovering part 312, and an information transmitting part 318. The information recovering part 312 receives the information from the zone content specifying part 302 through a communicating medium 314, and transmits the recovered information to a system controller 244 through a medium 316. The information transmitting part 318 receives the information from the controller 244 through a medium 320, and transmits the information to the zone content specifying part 302 through a medium 332. The zone content specifying part comprises a RF zone content specifying part. And an user interface 322 connected with the system controller 244, provides the access to the baggage tracking information, so that an user can confirm the position of the baggage, and can monitor the operating condition of the conveyer system.
