FIELD: civil engineering; sanitary and wiring at repair or reconstruction of buildings. SUBSTANCE: device has cradle with drive from cable-and-sheave system with two traction cables some ends of which are secured in winch drums and others, in cradle fastening units, and two supports with fitted in sheaves arranged at ends of grip. One of traction cables is reeved through sheave of one of supports and the other is passed in succession through sheaves on second and first supports. Device has additionally carrying member secured on supports, and carriage with sheaves installed on carrying member for displacement along member, traction cables being reeved through carriage sheaves. Distance between carriage sheaves is equal to distance between cradle fastening units. EFFECT: enlarged zone of repair and erection operations, increased rigidity of device structure, enhanced safety. 3 dwge
