Subscriber call registering method especially for mobile telecommunications network

The call registering method directs characteristic data, of a call directed to a mobile subscriber, from a telephone exchange, to a central register. The characteristic data includes the subscriber identification number and the mobile subscriber address. The call data that are held in the central register are erased when a call is disconnected, unless the call duration exceeds a predetermined time period (T2). Preferably the call data are only permanently registered after receiving verification data, from the telephone exchange.
