A shielded multiconductor cable which enables easy achievement of a desired condition such as enlargement of the spacing between free ends of one cable conductor and another cable conductor with a short external exposition length of the free end portions at the time of use after terminal processing, and a manufacturing method for a shielded multiconductor cable which enables easy manufacture of a shielded multiconductor cable having a good high-frequency characteristic and achieving the above-mentioned desired condition, are provided. The shielded multiconductor cable has such a structure that a plurality of cable conductors are laid in parallel by being coated in a plural number n of insulating columns in a shielding conductive circular tube. The manufacturing method for a shielded multiconductor cable includes a step of inserting, into a conductive circular tube, a plurality of insulating covered wires having such a structure that cable conductors are coated in insulating columns concentrically therewith, and performing the conductive circular tube in a deep drawing process.
