HEAD BANDANNA HAVING A HEADBAND WITH CLOSURE TABS

A head bandanna (10) is provided for protecting and covering the head area. The head bandanna (10) is designed to be used in sporting, recreational and work activities and includes a head covering (12) made of fabric having a front portion (24) and a rear portion (26), wherein the front portion (24) has a front curved edge (30) substantially in the shape of a semicircle. There is also a curved headband (14) made of absorbent material and having the shape of a longitudinal strip and being integrally connected to the front curved edge (30) of the front portion (24) of the head covering (12) at a 90 degree angle facing downwardly relative to the headland (14). Hook and loop fastener closure tabs (16 and 18) are connected to opposite ends (20 and 22) of the headband (14) for fitting the head bandanna (10) on the wearer's head in a conforming and secure fit.
