PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with two types of data communication on data requesting real time ability and data requesting the absence of errors. SOLUTION: On a transmission side, a frame generation means 2 adds error detection data and ARQ data constituted of ARQ(automatic retransmission request) control data to data to be transmitted so as to constitute a frame. A transmission frame control means 4 generates a preliminary frame for regular data communication and for previously preparing for the preliminary of retransmission for error correction and outputs the output from a direct spread means 5. On a reception side, an error detection means 11 detects the error in the frame outputted from an inverse spread means 12 and a retransmission request control means 10 gives the retransmission request of the frame where the error is detected when the error is detected. On the transmission side, the frame to be retransmitted is allocated as the frame in the preliminary based on the output signal of the retransmission request control means 10. |
