PURPOSE:To provide a frozen food packed in a container and eatable in a freshly cooked state simply by thawing in a microwave oven to obtain a food poured with a seasoning soup optionally containing ingredients on cooked rice, etc., and eaten in hot state. CONSTITUTION:A frozen main solid food 2 is placed on the bottom of a container 1 and, as necessary, a frozen subsidiary solid food 8 is placed on the main food. A hollow intermediate cover 3 having one or more small holes 4 at the upper part of the circumferential side wall is placed above the solid foods to cover the opening of the container 1. A frozen seasoning soup 5 optionally containing ingredients is placed in the hollow part of the intermediate cover 3. The opening of the container 1 is covered with a top cover 6 having a steam-releasing hole 7 on the upper face. |
