PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a whole process of cooking tempura in which main materials and batter undergo piece-by-piece measurement, following which these are stirred and mixed as a pre-frying processing, then spread and given shape in a stirring device and finally fried, each piece retaining a presentable shape. SOLUTION: The apparatus consists of a main material measuring and filling section A, a secondary material supplying section B and a frying section C. The main material measuring and filling section A comprises a main material measuring device 2 which measures out each piece's weight of main materials brought to it by a conveyor 1 and a stirring device 3 which stirs and mixes required amounts of batter received from a batter measuring and filling device 4 for the measured main materials, and the main materials and batter are supplied from the stirring device 3 to cups 7 which are distributively provided at a set pitch and rotate. The secondary material casting section B comprises a secondary material casting device 8 which supplies the cups 7 with secondary materials and mix them and a mixing device 9. The frying section C fries the mixtures mixed in the secondary material supplying section B, spreading and giving shape to them in a stirring device 13. |
