<p>A turn signal cancellation mechanism (30) capable of reducing the cost by decreasing the number of kinds of springs (42, 49). This mechanism (30) is provided with a cancellation cam (31), a turn bracket (35) rotatably provided with a case (34) so that the turn bracket can be turned between a neutral position and a rightward turning position or a leftward turning position in accordance with an operation of a turn signal lever (32), a movable member (38) having left and right arms (37), combined with the turn bracket(35) so that the member (38) can be moved forward and backward, and urged by a regulating spring (42) so as to constitute a regulating unit for retaining the turn bracket (35) in either one of the neutral position, the rightward turning position or the leftward turning position with the free end portions of the arms (37) pressure contacting an angular regulating member (43), and a ratchet (39) urged toward the cancellation cam (31) by a ratchet spring (49). When the turn bracket (35) is in a locked state, the movable member (38) is moved back against the regulating spring (42) so as to create a ratchet clearance for the ratchet (39).</p> |
