PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity of a master disk by storing correspondence relation between driving voltage and exposing power in a memory in advance and controlling the driving voltage so as to change the exposing power to be linear based on this correspondence relation. SOLUTION: Desired exposing power P1 and P2 in inner and outer circumferences of an exposing range R of the optical master disk surface are inputted from an exposing condition setting part 2 to a control part 1. Then, the desired exposing power P1 and P2 inputted from the exposing condition setting part 2 are converted into their corresponding monitor voltages Vb1 and Vb2, and are then stored in the memory 3 to make an inner circumferential position r1 correspond to an outer circumferential position r2 by the control part 1 with reference to the correspondence relation of the exposing power P and the monitor voltage V stored previously in the memory 3. Moreover, the monitor voltages Vb1 and Vb2 are all replaced with the exposing positions r1 and r2 by the control part 1, and consequently obtained correspondence relation of the exposing position r and the driving voltage Vc are stored in the memory 3. |
