Bacterial mixture for regenerating earth and waters contaminated by crude oil and/or oil products comprises 6.0-13.0 % dry biomass of the bacterium "Bacillus Megateria-1 BD", 14.0 - 25.0 % dry "Biosurfactant BS-4" and 62.0-80.0 % of a porous powder with a particle size of 100-2000 micron.
