Pressureless hot water accumulator

The vertical tube has a funnel-shaped widened formation at the bottom over the solar spiral which is located on the base of the accumulator. The tube has holes of different sizes so that water (W) heated by the solar spiral rises chimney-fashion and at the point of approximately equal temperature passes out through the holes to the surrounding accumulator water. Alternatively the vertical tube can be composed of individual, water-permeable, overlapping tube pieces, and the lower apertures can be smaller than the upper. A second vertical tube can be concentrically and movably fitted and provided with an accurately balanced floating body. The inner and outer tubes have holes, so that when the floating body sinks more deeply located apertures are opened.
