The part is of thermoplastic synthetic, and has a flat plate (10) with integrally cast locking elements. First locking elements (11) each have a shaft (11a) with a locking part (11b) at the top. Second locking elements (12) are higher than the first, and each have a column part (12a) and a sloping locking hook part (12b) at the top. Both types of elements project from the top of the plate, and are independent of each other. The height of the second elements is 1,5 - 2 times that of the first elements. The locking parts of the first elements have a hook-shaped profile, facing down towards the plate surface. The elements are positioned in parallel rows, with the hooks of both elements facing in opposite directions.
