Shower arrangement with disinfecting installation to house supply

The connection (13) connects the shower to a house installation. The entire shower water flows through a central pipe at at least one point. A distributor (12) is positioned downstream from the central pipe. Each of several shower appliances is connected to the outlet of the distributor by a pipe (18-20). A central disinfectant appliance (17) disinfects the shower water emerging from each shower head. The disinfecting appliance has a radiation source connected via fibre-optic light guides to the water pipes leading to the shower-heads.
