<p>The invention relates to a kind of Rehmannia glutinosa extract which can be used to stimulate bifidobacterium proliferation, and relates to the method of preparation of said extract. Said extract is prepared by the method below with fresh Rehmannia glutinosa or dried Rehmannia glutinosa; extract Rehmannia glutinosa with solvent; decolorize the extracted liquid with activated charcoal; centrifugalize the decolorized liquid and filtrate; vacuum concentrate the filtrate and refrigerate it; separate the supernatant of refrigerated liquid by column chromatograph or precipitate the refrigerated liquid with alcohol and collect the sediment; add water to the extract to make a solution.</p> |
