This invention relates to an optical device including an optical active device (3) mounted on a frame (2) and integrated by a transparent resin molding (4) as mounted on the frame, the optical device comprising two or more lenses (8,9) buried in the resin molding (4) facing to the active surface of the optical active device and having an optical axis which coincides with an optical axis (L) of an incident or emitting light of the optical active device.
