The invention comprises Brassica plants having a homozygous restorer for ogura cytoplasmic male sterility. These plants may be used to produce inbreds and hybrids having oilseeds with a low glucosinolate content. Because of the low glucosinolate present in the oilseeds, meal can be produced in a form suitable as an edible product.
