PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable emergency communication by divided calling by detecting a releasing message from a base station to generate a call originating sound meaning OK of call originating to set to make it possible to input an incoming number to an input part at the time of failing in calling at the time of divided calling. SOLUTION: In the procedure of divided calling, the operator of a mobile station 1 depresses the speaking key of an inputting part 13 to transmit a call setting request signal. A base station 3 receiving it transmits a releasing message at the time of judging the inhibition of communication. At the time of receiving it, a calling failure detection part 9 outputs a call originating sound through a call originating sound generation part 11 and continually enables the input of a telephone number. When the operator inputs a number such as '110', an emergency judging part 15 judges the number to be an emergency number and outputs the call setting request signal of batch calling. The emergency judging part 17 of a radio station 3 recognizes the signal to be emergency communication and transmits a call setting receiving message. |
