PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the temperature dependency by constituting a voltage- current conversion circuit added with a diode for temperature dependency compensation for voltage-current conversion resistance and also by amplifying band gap voltage suppressing the temperature dependency. SOLUTION: A band gap circuit 10 is constituted with a resistor 5, one end of which is connected to a current supply 3 and other end connected to the collector of an NPN transistor 7 and the base of an NPN transistor 9 and a resistor 8 and the like, one end of which is connected to the emitter of an NPN transistor 7 and the other end connected to GND2; and a voltage-current conversion circuit 20 is constituted with a voltage-current converting resistor 17 with the one end being connected to a negative input end of a voltage-current converting amplifier 16 and the other end connected to the output end of an amplifier 11 with a resistor 19 with the one end being connected to the emitter of an NPN transistor 18 and the other end connected to GND2. Resistors 5, 8 and the like are adjusted so as to make the temperature dependency of the output voltage Vbg of a band gap circuit 10 equal to zero. Also, an output current with a low temperature dependency can be obtained by changing the amplification factor A of the amplifier 11. |
