PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return a digital CS receiver to the original condition when the digital CS receiver that is set on a correct receiving condition is reset to wrong condition by a miss, etc. SOLUTION: Channel selection reads receiving conditions (a satellite frequency and a polarized plane) of a corresponding channel from a memory part 5, a controlling part 10 switches a receiving frequency and the polarized plane of a feed phone of a receiving and demodulating part 2 and receives and demodulates satellite digital broadcasting from a CS antenna 1, a signal processing part 3 processes it and it is shown on a display part 4. When a receiving condition is inputted by an inputting part 7, the receiving and demodulating part is controlled by the receiving condition, when it can not receive, a polarized plane is switched, and even then, when it can not receive, a satellite frequency is set to the original frequency that is read from the memory part. In the setting of a receiving condition, a setting screen generating part 9 generates a screen for receiving condition setting based on data that is read from a storing part 6 according to an instruction from the inputting part, it is shown on a display part, and a receiving condition is set while watching the screen.
