PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display many items of the original data and to improve the working efficiency for the change of the table form data by setting an easy-to-use number of items for a user and displaying a screen over plural display rows or columns. SOLUTION: Every table of a consistent production design system includes many items in each manufacturing process, and accordingly the number of items that can be shown on a single screen is limited and many items overflow the screen. In this respect, only the contents of a specific record are returned at a proper item according to the screen size and therefore a long line can be displayed in plural stages. At the same time, a pull-down menu 20 of 'function' is shown on the screen via a mouse, etc. When 'return' is selected, a window 30 is shown. The current set contents are automatically shown in the window 30 in the 'current set' mode. When a user puts a numeric character '20', for example, in a blank column of 'new set', a screen where the items 1 to 20 of the specific record are included in a single line is shown. |
