<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently identify the unique spatial position of each glyph in a pattern through calculation by embedding further another sequence into a code pattern for identifying a parameterizing sequence. SOLUTION: A code pattern 21 typically shows the state of almost uniform gray scale and in spite of that, however, a glyph code can efficiently communicate mechanically readable digital information. In order to provide such a function, giraffes 22 and 23 are ordinarily inclined to left and right in respect to the longitudinal dimension of recording medium and encode binary numbers '1' and '0' respectively. Namely, the instance of 2nd sequence of unique numbers parameterizes the one-dimension of code pattern, relative phase difference between the adjacent instances of 2nd sequence parameterizes the 2nd dimension of code pattern, and the selected instance of 2nd sequence further parameterizes the code pattern concerning measuring.</p> |
