<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability data protecting function for protecting recorded data on a non-contact medium by covering the non-contact medium with a conductive shield cover equipped with a conductive coil to cut off communication in case of no utilization will. This conductive coil is arranged with a conductive wire in the state of rectangular eddy corresponding to the rectangular shape of case base, this conductive coil is made correspondent so as to cover the whole communication dealing plane of electronic purse card 13 housed in the main body 12 of case and at such a time, the conductive shield operation of conductive coil is operated to shield transmitted radio waves from an external device. Namely, while the electronic purse card 13 is housed in the main body 12 of case, communication from the outside is cut off so that its recorded data can be safely preserved.</p> |
