1301267 Degasifying container for oil MAX WEISHAUPT GmbH 31 March 1970 [11 April 1969] 15219/70 Heading F4T A degasifying container 1<SP>1</SP> for heavy oil is divided into two chambers 14, 15 by a partition 13 with an opening 12, two connections 2 and 3 in a flow circuit including an oil tank communicating with chamber 14 and two connections 4 and 5<SP>1</SP> in a further flow circuit including an oil burner communicating with chamber 15, in use the opening 12 being above the opening 11 for returning oil to the container from the burner. Oil is drawn from the chamber 15 via opening 9 by means of a burner pump (not shown), any surplus oil returning to chamber 15 via connection 5<SP>1</SP>. Gas and air bubbles escape through the opening 12 into the flow circuit including the oil tank via the connection 3. |
