PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of being miniaturized. SOLUTION: When a transistor Q1 of an inverter circuit 4 is switched to be oscillated, the high frequency voltage is generated through the resonance effect of a resonance inductor L3 and a resonance capacitor C4. In an arbitrary time zone of the section in which the pulsation voltage of a full-wave rectifying circuit 2 is higher than the charging voltage of a charging capacitor C3, when the transistor Q1 of the inverter circuit 4 is turned on, the charging capacitor C3 is charged. When the transistor Q1 is turned off, the current continuously flows in an inductor L1 by the magnetic energy stored in the inductor L1, and the charging capacitor C3 is further charged. Because the voltage flowing in a second diode D2 is dropped by a third diode D3, a device can be miniaturized. |
