PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take larger dynamic range in a circuit for outputting the larger one of the inversion/non-inversion of a generated differential voltage. SOLUTION: By transistors Q5 and Q6 for clamping, a second difference voltage is clamped corresponding to a first difference voltage and the first difference voltage is clamped corresponding to the second difference voltage. When the collector potential VA of the transistor Q1 of a differential amplification part becomes smaller than an operating point, the collector potential VB of the transistor Q2 becomes larger than the operating point, and when the VB becomes Vcc-R1I1+VBE, the transistor Q6 clamps it to VB-VBE. The operating point is set to V1+ΔV-1/2VBE for not saturating the transistors Q1 and Q2 and thus, the dynamic range is the double before as Vcc-(V 1+ΔV)+1/2VBE.
