PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance work managing system for building with which work information is provided so as to efficiently perform security work. SOLUTION: When transmitting working schedule information from a terminal information processing means 2 to an IC card 3, it is determined by operating the table selecting means of terminal information processing means 2 how a work information setting table is to be divided and transmitted to the IC card 3. Afterwards, the work information preparing means of terminals information processing means 2 is operated, the information is transmitted to the IC card 3, this IC card 3 is loaded into portable information terminal equipment 4 and according to its instruction, maintenance work is executed. |
