PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of following control to a train operation pattern by allowing a wheel diameter correction to correspond to the fluctuation of a load. SOLUTION: An automatic train operation device consists of a speed pulse generator 2 for generating pulses that are proportional to the speed of a wheel, a means 3 for automatically correcting a wheel diameter according to location information from an ATO receiver, a train load, and a speed pulse, an operation means 6 of a train advance distance and a train speed using the value of a wheel diameter, and a device 8 for outputting the commands of braking and power running using the information on an operation value and ATC/ATO signal. In this case, a wheel diameter operation value according to the location information immediately before a stopping station is corrected by a train load when a train departs the station. |
