PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic equipment which is equipped with a display part that has a broad application range, realizes a feature of a switching operation of a display part with a simple structure and has high reliability. SOLUTION: This equipment 18 is provided with a 1st housing 1 that has a display part 21 on an inner plane side and a 2nd housing that is attached to the housing 1 through a hinge 20 in a foldable way, covering the part 21. In such cases, a switch 23 that turns on and off the part 21 is placed on the housing 1, the switch 23 is provided with an operating element 32 that turns on and off by coming out and retreating against a switch body 30, and also, the top of the element 32 comes out and retreats inside. When the housing 2 is folded internally, it pushes the element 32 and makes the element 32 retreat, and when it is separated from the inner plane side, the element 32 comes out from the inner plane side. |
