PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve quantity in a reception signal by executing the reverse spreading processing of a common signal part in the reception signals through the use of a composite spreading code obtained by means of composting the spreading code of a self station with that of another station concerning a radio communication equipment and a radio communication system where a direct spreading CDMA communication system is used. SOLUTION: A reception part 2 where plural kinds of signals which are executed a spreading processing by different kinds of spreading code information by a CDMA system in another opposed radio communication equirement 1A are received through an antenna part 6B and a spreading demodulation part 3 where the reverse spreading processing is executed through the use of the synthetic spreading code obtained by composting the plural spreading codes concerning the common signals part in the plural kinds of signals which are received by the reception part 2 are provided so as to attain configuration.
