PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged type illumination method and device in which a low voltage range of a storage battery is applicable to elongate a possible lighting time, and in which lamp efficiency is also improved. SOLUTION: In a charged type illuminating method using a solar battery in which power generated by a solar battery 16 is charged to a storage battery 20, so electricity charged in the storage battery 20 is converted by an inverter 18 to AC at night for lighting a fluorescent lamp 21 provided with a stabilizer, output of the inverter 18 in starting the fluorescent lamp 21 is set to be AC of a low frequency and a high duty ratio, and the output of the inverter 18 after lighting the fluorescent lamp is set to be that of a high frequency and a low duty ratio. |
