PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an anisotropic permanent magnet of high magnetic characteristics, by mixing fine and coarse powder of magnetic anisotropy obtained by hydrogen treatment method to obtain material powder, and making a magnet powder higher density by a molding method of relatively low pressure. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an R-T-(M)-B permanent magnet (rare earth element comprising R: Y, T: Fe or Co, M: Al, Ti, V, Cr, Ni, Ga, Zr, Nb, Mo, In, Sn, Hf, Ta, W, Cu), with the use of the powder obtained by crushing magnet powder, of magnetic anisotropy, obtained by hydrotreating into fine powder of average particle size 10-40μm and coarse powder of average particle size 75-250μm, followed by mixing of 5-30wt.% of fine powder and 70-95wt.% of coarse powder, a permanent magnet of high magnetic characteristics is manufactured easily under a low molding-pressure, by bond magnet molded by resin-mixture, hot press, molding method with compression molding and direct energizing, and a molding method HIP and the like. |
