PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recessed ceiling luminaire with which mounting a reflecting plate to reflecting plate mounting metal fittings can be enhanced which preventing the edge of the reflecting plate from hanging down. SOLUTION: In a luminaire, a reflecting plate 24 having a reflecting-plate main part 51 firmed by curving a tapered plate part 54 to reach side of a top board part 53 is mounted to a plurality of reflecting-plate mounting metal fittings 23 by a plurality of mounting screws 25 threaded therein through the top board part 53, the metal fittings 23 being attached to a luminaire main body 22. The top board part 53 is of a curved construction which inclines downward toward the center so that the center of its width is lowest. A plurality of screw holes are provided in downwardly-oriented ridge line part (lowest part) 53 firmed to extend in the longitudinal direction of the top board part 53. The reflecting plate 24 is screwed to the metal fitting 23 by passing the mounting screws 25 through the screw holes. Thereby, deformation of the top board part 53 is prevented by the ridge line part 53a through a minimum number of screwing, and the lower edge 24a of the reflecting plate 24 is brought into intimate contact with the ceiling face. |
