SOLUTION: Concerning a money payment and merchandise exchange discrimination system for merchandise buying and selling or duty provision composed of a paid money reception discriminating means by the deposit institute for discriminating the reception of price to be paid from the buyer, number specifying means for specifying a buyer password number, seller password number and account number, deposit institute reporting means, buyer reporting means for reporting and seller confirmation input discriminating means, this system is based on a pay-back means for paying the price back to the seller after the lapse of deposit period when it is discriminated by the seller confirmation input discriminating means and a buyer confirmation input discriminating means that the exchange or the like of payment and merchandise is properly executed. |
