PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC card where the conduction is secured between a cover and a ground clip despite the printing applied on the cover surface, the spring part of the ground clip is never deformed and the cover is not easily separated from a frame. SOLUTION: When an obverse cover 4 and a reverse cover 5 are built into a frame 2, an edge folded part 4a of the cover 4 and an edge folded part 5a of the cover 5 are set into a groove 2a of the frame 2 respectively. Thus, a dowel of the cover 4 deforms plastically the tip of an easy-to-bend spring part 6a of a ground clip 6 into a state (d) from a state (b) almost in the rectangular direction. A dowel 5b of the cover 5 has the same function as the dowel 4b. When the cover 4 or 5 is charged with static electricity via a human body, etc., the static electricity is led to a base board from a projecting part 6c through the dowel 4b or 5b and the spring parts 6a and 6b of the tip 6. |
