PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient retrieval by performing retrieval, recognition and pickup or the like with no contact. SOLUTION: An original list is housed in a dedicated file, to which a non- contact IC tag is stuck, and the file is placed on a file holder. In this case, the position of file is free. When a non-contact IC card reader is made closer, data on an IC card are read, a detection/pickup unit 5 starts retrieval work through a CCD image sensor 10 for number detection and when a retrieval object is found out, the file is extruded by driving a pickup mechanism 11. At such a time, the relevant part of light emitting diode installed on the file holder is turned on and the position of retrieval object is reported by light as well. When the non-contact IC card is left behind a user, a dedicated security card is read by the non-contact IC card reader and can be directly inputted on a control panel at the main body of retrieving machine. |
