<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the head cut of voice and to prevent naturalness in the two-way conversation of telephone communication or the like from being lost by inserting a variable delay circuit capable of varying a delay amount by a voice pattern instead of a fixed delay circuit. SOLUTION: Voice signals inputted from voice input 1 are amplified to a required voltage level in a low frequency amplifier circuit 2 and analog voice signals are inputted to an A/D conversion circuit 3 and converted into digital voice signals. The digital voice signals outputted from the A/D conversion circuit 3 are inputted to the variable delay circuit 4. In the meantime, in a voice pattern detection circuit 9, digital data outputted from the A/D conversion circuit 3 are analyzed, an appropriate delay amount corresponding to input voice is calculated and the delay amount of the variable delay circuit 4 is controlled. Also, in the voice pattern detection circuit 9, transmission time corresponding to a period when the voice signals are inputted is set and the information is sent out to a transmission control circuit 10. The digital signals outputted from the variable delay circuit 4 are inputted to a transmission output circuit 7.</p> |
