PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-fidelity blurred image by setting a blurring processing area in image data to apply blurring processing based on the contour of image data. SOLUTION: An image data reading means 4 reads out the image data to apply blurring processing. A blurring processing area setting means 7 sets the blurring processing area in the image data to apply the blurring processing based on the contour of image data. When setting the blurring processing area, four points are set on a contour line and a section surrounded by these four points is defined as the blurring processing area to apply the blurring processing. A contour deforming means 8 deforms the blurring processing area set by the blurring processing area setting means 7 corresponding to a required purpose. This deformation of blurring processing area is performed by changing the function of contour line of outline font data. Then, a texture setting means 9 sets a texture for determining the state of blurring inside the set blurring processing area. |
