PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the effect of actually testing in a field even inside a testing chamber by changing a radio route between a base station and a mobile station to an attenuator and performing a test. SOLUTION: The attenuator 30 is inserted and connected to a transmission terminal from the base station 20 to the mobile station 10, the reception terminal of the base station 20 and the transmission terminal of the mobile station 10 are connected by a reception cable 42, a radio transmission/reception route is substituted, the attenuation rate of the attenuator 30 is changed and signals are transmitted from the base station 20 to the mobile station 10. The mobile station 10 transmits the error rate of reception data and reception power to the base station 20 corresponding to the change of the level of reception signals. The base station 20 receives the input of the error rate of the reception data and the reception power received by the mobile station 10, compares it with a critical value and controls transmission output corresponding to the compared result. By such a process, a forward link power control function is achieved. Thus, the effect of actually testing in the field is obtained even inside the testing chamber. |
