PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the clamp circuit that compensates weak points of the pedestal clamp processing by conducting the pedestal clamp processing when a clamp pulse is accurately outputted and conducting the SYNC tip clamp processing when a missing clamp pulse is in existence. SOLUTION: A DC potential correction circuit 100, and 1st and 2nd processing circuits 200, 300 of the clamp circuit are provided to one semiconductor integrated circuit device. First and second reference power supplies 10, 14 may be provided to the semiconductor integrated circuit device. A sample-and-hold capacitor 15 whose one electrode connects to a sample-and-hold potential point and whose other electrode connects to a ground potential point is provided as an externally mount capacitor in addition to the semiconductor integrated circuit device. This clamp circuit conducts the pedestal clamp processing with priority when a clamp pulse is given to a clamp pulse input terminal with priority and conducts the SYNC tip processing when no clamp pulse is obtained at clamp pulse input terminal. |
